The City of Norwalk, with assistance from consultant Town Planning & Urban Design Collaborative (TPUDC), has kicked off a new project: āNorwalk Building Zone Regulations Updateā. The goal of this effort is to update and simplify the existing Building Zone Regulations (also referred to as the āzoning regulationsā or āregulationsā).
The zoning regulations provide the rules regarding how land can be used within the City. As we look to update those regulations, we want to engage with you in a conversation about the future of Norwalk.
