REJECT this plan that would change 252 parcels from one to two-family zone;

REJECT this plan that would allow 3-1/2 story buildings on East Avenue as of right (with no Special Permit and without Public Hearings).

REJECT this plan that could allow hotels and large developments blocking the waterfront in the newly designated marine commercial zones (SD-MC) that are currently zoned Neighborhood Business.

REJECT this plan that still allows for rock crushing plants, prison halfway houses, transportation (bus) terminals, warehouse & wholesale distribution centers, and adult use establishments among other objectionable uses in our residential or industrial zones in 06855.
