The on-ramp to I-95 southbound at Exit 16 in East Norwalk will be closed and detour will be in place on Monday, December 5 and Tuesday, December 6. There will be alternating one way traffic on East Avenue on December 7, 8 and 9. These closures are also necessary for the installation of conduit for the Incident Management System.
I-95 southbound On-Ramp at Exit 16 Detour
The traffic will be detoured to Exit 16 On Ramp to I-95 northbound and then to Exit 17 and will be detoured back on I-95 southbound On Ramp at Exit 16.
