Nighttime closure of I-95 southbound Exit 16 ramp and alternating one way traffic on East Avenue begins December 5th 2022
The on-ramp to I-95 southbound at Exit 16 in East Norwalk will be closed and detour will be in place on Monday, December 5 and Tuesday, December 6. There will be alternating one way traffic on East Avenue on December 7, 8 and 9.
