| ZBA Public Hearing scheduled for November 21 to address appeal by the owners of the property at 89B Strawberry Hill Avenue. | On November 21 the ZBA heard the testimony of the witnesses for the owner of the property at 89B Strawberry Hill Ave. specific to the phrase 'Contractor's Yard' in the permit but did not allow the public to speak to this item on the agenda, voting in favor of the owner without hearing from the neighbors that were there ready to give testimony.
